Meet the Team
As Endodontists and Root Canal Specialists, we support each other at work and in life, such that our office is a caring environment for both staff and patients. This allows us to provide an atmosphere in our practice that lets patients feel it is a safe place. When the patient leaves our office, they know they are better off for having chosen us for their endodontic treatment. Their visit will appear seamless, as if our office is an extension of their Referring Office.

Michele started in the dental field at the early age of 15, working side by side with her mom for a short time. Because her mom worked at an amazing dental office and loved what she did for a living, Michele decided to stay in the dental field. At the age of 18, she joined another dental practice and learned all the facets of the “front office.” What does she like about this field of work? Taking care of patients!
Michele grew up in Federal Way but now resides with her family in Puyallup. In Michele’s free time her family keeps her busy. With her husband, 11 year old daughter and 5 year old son, the four of them love to go camping in their trailer. When home, her husband also likes to teach Michele how to cook and BBQ. Family is a big part of Michele’s life. She lives very close to her parents, her sister and family so they spend lots of time together. Add Charlie, the 1 year old Corgi and Duke, the cat to the mix and Michele is always on her toes.
Riane started a career in endodontics as an “Extern” from Clover Park Technical College. Since completing her training she decided to stay in endodontics. As a lifelong resident of Gig Harbor, Riane loves spending time with her friends and family. You may see her in the harbor walking her Mini Australian Shepherd “Riley” and Yorkie “Moose.” Riane is also currently planning her wedding this coming July with her high school sweetheart Ethan!
Daisy recently returned to our Anchor Endodontics Family. She was born in Santa Cruz, California but was raised in the Seattle area. Daisy decided to go into the dental field because she likes to help people. She attended the Everest College for her dental assistant certification and “externed” at the University of Washington. She says, “What I like about this field of work is that I get to change our patients’ smiles.” On her free time she likes to spend time with family. They love going for bike rides at the park, swimming during the summer, traveling to different places and just hanging out.
Deisy has been a dental assistant for nearly four years. In high school she considered going into dental hygiene school but first wanted to “test the waters” by assisting. She trained in a private program given by a local dental office and finished her education externing in an Endodontic office…She loved it! Deisy likes to help relieve patient’s pain. When they say “that wasn’t too bad,” that really makes her smile. On her days off, she keeps busy with her husband and two young children.
